About the class
Join Simal for weekly sessions of dance cardio and conditioning. You don’t need to have any dance background, just bring the attitude and the groove. You will go through a full hour of intensive dance experience that will help you burn calories, tone muscles and stretch out the stress of the work day. Latin, hip hop, reggaeton, there will be plenty of dance to help you get your workout on!
