Pop-up Workshops
Supplementary to our staple progressive courses, we will be rolling out pop-up workshops to give your dance vocabulary more colour, flavour and variety.
Bachata Extremo 2.0 (Intermediate 1A onwards)
– 29 Apr: Dominican-style Footwork and Partnerwork with Ronnie and Ee Lian
– 6 May: Dancefloor-friendly Bachata Dips and Tricks with Rudy and Jing Peng
Bachata Extremo 1.0 was a smash, and we bring you another great edition of Bachata Extremo to help you widen your dance repertoire.
The first week, Ronnie and Ee Lian will cover Dominican-style Footwork and Partnerwork, so you need not only do body-rolls when a more traditional Bachata song plays. Pick up some nifty footwork, and flavourful patterns to add colour to your Bachata social dancing.
The second week will see Rudy and Jing Peng level you up on dancefloor-friendly Bachata dips and tricks. Gentlemen will learn to safely and confidently lead the ladies into more “intense” Bachata tricks, and ladies will understand how to execute them with confidence and flair.
