About the class
It is not always about the strength. A good understanding of the trick mechanics and using the correct techniques are the key when it comes to executing various levels of partner lifts and tricks.
Join us in this 3-week course to learn how to do a set of partner lifts and tricks, starting from beginner level and progressing to intermediate level of difficulty. We will be bringing you through a set of exercises to gain awareness of which muscles you should work, how to engage and strengthen them. Each class, we will also have you apply these techniques to elegantly perform a set of lifts and tricks.
No walk-in allowed. Sign-up with a partner is required. Please indicate your partner’s name in the Requests & Enquiries box.
*Please come to class dressed in appropriate work-out attire. No shorts and skirts allowed.
